Alessa Pang

Partner, WongPartnership LLP

Alessa is a Partner in Commercial & Corporate Disputes and International Arbitration practices at WongPartnership in Singapore, focusing on cross-border disputes before arbitral tribunals and the Singapore courts. She has acted for clients in arbitration proceedings under major institutional rules (including SIAC, ICC, LCIA and HKIAC) and regularly handles arbitration-related court proceedings such as enforcement, setting aside and anti-suit injunctions before the Singapore courts. She is dual-qualified in Singapore and England & Wales.

Colin Seow

Director, Colin Seow Chambers LLC

Colin represents clients as counsel and advocate in commercial disputes, including shareholder, construction, trade and commodities, fuel supply, trusts and cryptocurrency-related disputes. He is a member of Nusa Chambers, Singapore’s first virtual chambers operating a barristers’ model of legal practice. He previously served as a District Judge in Singapore and helped establish the Singapore International Commercial Court.

Wojciech Sadowski

Partner, Queritius

Wojciech is a partner at Queritius. He represents clients as counsel and arbitrator in complex international disputes, including investment treaty, construction, energy, M&A and shareholder matters. He has extensive experience acting for investors and states in arbitration and litigation, including proceedings before domestic courts, EU courts and the European Court of Human Rights. Wojciech previously practised at leading international law firms in Warsaw and London.

Aleksandra is an associate at Queritius. She represents clients in commercial litigation and international arbitration, including disputes arising from construction, energy, real estate and contractual relationships. She has experience in both commercial and investment arbitration, working on proceedings under ICC and ICSID rules. Aleksandra is currently training to qualify as an advocate in Poland.
